This set of pages is dedicated to supplemental and supporting information for the books. It is intended to add to the books as I have time and when I see something of interest. If it has to do with a specific chapter, I will show the chapter it is most associated with and if it’s just general information it will be shown first. This may be new insights, web links, articles, tips, clarity, suggestions , or humor and it will be done as I can. It is not a homework assignment for me.
