The Book on Marketing: Video Brochure.

I wrote yet another book! This one is pretty big, actually, with over 90 chapters, all of which are rather meaty. The book, The Book on Marketing: No More Excuses for Marketing Inaction, can be pre ordered or, depending on when you see this, purchased by clicking the link HERE. A new chapter will post daily for close to 100 days and then the book will be available for immediate purchase instead of just preorders.

I also released the rough drafts of the book chapter by chapter on my website and you can read what I wrote and get the gist of the chapters. Honestly, you don’t even need to read the book. There is enough information between the blog postings and the resources pages found HERE that the rest of the book might just be fluff.

With that said, the blog is a very first draft, mostly notes, of the final book. It’s out of order and a tad messy. This gives you a peek inside my writing process where I do the technical, eclectic part first and the voice tends to change depending on the topic I am discussing and the research I did for the chapter. Paraphrasing from common knowledge sources in the first draft gives it that eclectic look and feel. So please, enjoy my scattered brain and typos in this draft of The Book on Marketing: No More Excuses for Marketing Inaction.

The book itself its a much easier format to read plus adds a lot more of me into it as it goes on with real world, easy to grasp examples where I could put them and honestly, I would truly appreciate your purchase.

Video Brochure.

A video brochure offers even larger benefits over a print brochure than being just a CD salesletter. Contrary to infomercials, which are subject to some stringent rules, video brochures can be almost any format. The "news broadcast" format, which is prohibited in infomercials, is permissible. Since consumers anticipate to see television shows when they view a video brochure, ones that resemble television programs work best. Now, testimonials may include videos of the testifier. This format also works really well for before and after photos.

New technology has made small LCD screens relatively affordable. The word “relatively” means it’s relative to what you are selling. You will need a higher end client to send these to for products with huge profit gain potential.

Announcements. Video brochures can astonish and wow your audience, whether they are used for weddings, corporate recruitment, or EPKs (Electronic Press Kits). These are simple to use; simply open it like any other printed document, and the movie will begin to play. Send one to your loved ones together with a unique baby announcement video. To present to relatives who couldn't attend your wedding, make a video brochure about it. Alternately, create a video inviting them to a special sales event. Whatever your news, video brochures are a fantastic method to communicate the point.

Entertainment Industry. If you work in the entertainment sector, you must see these video pamphlets. You can incorporate them into print materials for your documentary or use them to attract financiers to your proof-of-concept short film. You can even use them for movie trailers for upcoming projects. Screeners for movies and TV shows are distributed annually for voting. Video brochures would be ideal for persuading people to see your project and support you.

Business Cards & Post Cards. A wonderfully innovative technique to keep your brand in the minds of your clients and potential buyers are video mailers. With stunning business cards or postcards like the examples below, motivate people to take action. Just picture receiving one of these brochures in the mail. It would undoubtedly stand out from the junk mail you receive on a daily basis. These are ideal for brand-new eateries that are setting up in your community. When you go to a networking event in the future, distribute video business cards instead. Due to their creativity, I'm confident video business cards would be far more difficult to discard.

Real Estate. Specialized real estate video brochures of homes are yet another fantastic approach to boost sales and advertise your real estate business. You may also make movies introducing your agents to distribute to certain clients. To help them stand out from the crowd and reach more sellers, offer these to your agents. Such a fantastic approach to display properties in a cinematic video to potential buyers in one eye-catching brochure. They are a fantastic and captivating approach to match the video content with vivid photos that are printed in your brochures. The neighborhood would be abuzz with discussion of your real estate firm.

Video Books. Video brochures are a unique and convenient way to demonstrate your abilities without the use of wifi, iPads, or laptops. They work well for books or portfolios for kids. Using both print and video at once can engage your audience like never before.

Generally speaking, these are going to be something you send to potential customers you can make a lot of money off of or on behalf of high profile clients. Jay-Z doesn’t send out his own invitations to his parties, but if you are a marketing form handling clients like him or trying to attract clients like him, it may be a reasonable expense.
